Conan O'Brien rocks The Low Arts
Late night king Conan O'Brien recently became a fan of The Low Arts. Here he is posing with guitarist Dave and a copy of our first e.p. "Lincoln St.".
Our album, titled "Lower", is still in the works. Look for an album release party some time in late spring. Also in the works is a free downloadable e.p. of some covers we've done over the past year or so.

Check it. It goes by quick but its the only music you'll hear besides the KGW theme.

Album has been released!!
"Lincoln St." is out. Our first e.p. has just been completed and available for sale at all our shows. We're hoping to have it available for web/mail order soon so watch for that. Thanks to everyone who purchased one at our Twilight show last night. MP3s from the album are also available for purchase via download on our MySpace page.
NEXT UP - May 16th in Eugene Oregon
The Low Arts will be opening for Candy Apple from Chico, CA. Second week in a row we're playing with a Nor Cal band. Though the details have been sketchy at best here's what I think is going down. The show is at Diablo's, at 8 o'clock there is a comedy/variety show, bands go on at 9pm. There are currently four bands listed on the bill. Somewhere in between there a DJ is spinning. If anyone knows any fire dancers or trapeze acts put them on the bill and let the circus begin. This should be a fun one.
